Minors

Due to the shortage child psychiatrists, Evolve Psychiatry will take on select cases for children between the ages of 14 to 17 that may be too complex for pediatricians to manage. If either the provider or the patient's family feels the case is too complex and that is in the best interest of the patient to be seen by a child psychiatrist instead, a referral will promptly be made. For children under age 18, parent/guardian must be available to participate in parts of sessions for every appointments. In the case of minors with divorced parents, divorce decrees must be provided before first appointment.
